    NAEP TESTING

About 50 of our 8th graders have been randomly selected to take the NAEP assessment.

NAEP: National Assessment of Educational Progress

The purpose: The Nation’s Report Card is a resource—a national wake up call—because it offers a window into the state of our education system and what our children are learning. The results provide educators, policymakers, elected officials, and parents across the country with invaluable information regarding how our children are doing compared to other children in participating large urban districts, other states, and the nation.

The assessment will be administered on:

    February 19th

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30-5:00 PM beginning February 26th.

    Registration opens January 21st.
