Jobs for America’s Graduates-Kansas (JAG-K) is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization that partners with students facing multiple barriers to success. A trained JAG Career Specialist provides individual and group instruction to 35-45 students in the classroom using the competency-based JAG National Curriculum.  The curriculum emphasizes graduating from high school and preparing students for post-secondary education or entering the workforce directly.

The JAG-K classroom is a Career Association with opportunities for leadership, community service, career exploration, and on-site job shadow experiences. The unique 12-month follow up program allows the Specialist to continue providing support and encouragement to the student for the first year after graduation.
