Message from the Health Office

A message from the Chisholm Health Office:

Over-the-counter medication and extra daily Rx medication will be sent home with students on Monday, May 14th.  I have enough Acetaminophen (Tylenol), Ibuprofen (Advil), Tums and cough drops to meet student needs for the last days of school.  If you feel your child can not safely transport the medication and you would rather come pick it up, please do so before the 14th.

Inhalers and/or emergency medications will be sent home on the last day of school.  Thank you.

-Angie Naysmith, RN, Chisholm School Nurse

8th grade students and parents: This is a reminder to turn in a baby/kid picture to Ms. Birch for the 8th grade recognition slideshow. Students, if you would like to submit a recent picture, please do that, also. If not, we will use your school picture from this year. Email pictures to brittany.birch@usd373.org or bring a physical picture to school and it will be scanned and returned the same day.
